The ride itself was fine, so I’ll give them that, but the communication made me feel like I was on my own. I kept waiting for clear updates and ended up having to check everything myself, which was frustrating. When I did message them, the replies took a while and didn’t really answer much. For a shuttle service, I feel like timing info should be basic, not something I have to chase down. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be.

I used Shuttle Express for a ride to the airport, and overall it was a easy experience. The driver was friendly, the van was clean enough, and everything felt organized without being a big deal.
The only thing was the route took a little longer than I expected. We made a few pickups, and a couple of the stops felt kind of out of the way. I did still make it to the airport on time, but it was a bit closer than I would’ve liked.

So yeah, not a bad option at all, especially if you’re not in a rush. I’d consider using them again, but I’d probably give myself some extra time just to be safe

I tried booking a shuttle and it was way more annoying than it should’ve been. The site kept sending me back to fix things, but it never clearly said what was actually wrong. The date and pickup options were confusing too, which made the whole thing feel like a guessing game. They make it sound like booking is supposed to be quick and easy, but that definitely wasn’t my experience. After wasting way too much time, I just gave up...

I mean, the prices just felt high for what you actually get. Once all the extra fees were added on, it was like, yeah, this really didn’t feel worth it to me. I’d probably shop around next time because, the value just wasn’t there.
